MISSION

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ, Himself gave us our mission in what is known as the Great Commission: Matthew 28:16-20 (NIV) “Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”

Our vision is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by loving people where they are and leading them to a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

BELIEFS

We believe in the Holy Scriptures as contained in the Old and New Testaments. We believe they are the primary source and standard for Christian doctrine and contain everything necessary for salvation and Godly living. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Salvation is a gift from God and our response is to love all those God loves. We intentionally embrace our diversity that grows naturally from our founding by 11 different denominations working together. Our shared beliefs unify us. As a prior mission statement of Central Church stated, “We are committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ joyously and eagerly with any and all people, anywhere and everywhere in this world.”
